Great news for Supernormal Business and Enterprise customers! You now have more control over what calendar events are recorded and transcribed. If you’re an Admin on an Enterprise or Business plan, this new feature lets you create rules to filter certain meetings from being captured. Rules match the keywords you specify with your organization’s calendar event titles and ensure those events aren’t recorded or transcribed by Supernormal. For example, you could set a rule that any meeting that has “confidential” in the title is not captured. Rules apply to the entire organization and individual preferences won’t override them.
For one-off meetings, all users will continue to have access to the skip@ feature, allowing you to add skip@supernormal to any calendar invite to ensure it’s not captured.
Supernormal Enterprise customers can now set a data retention policy tailored to their team. With this new feature, organization admins on Enterprise plans can specify how long Supernormal should preserve their meeting notes data before deleting it, right from their Organization Settings. Deletion is permanent and unrecoverable so be sure to adjust these settings with care.

We're excited to roll out Notes Deeplinks, a new feature designed to streamline reviewing your notes.
Your meeting notes provide a detailed summary of the discussion but we know that sometimes you might want to refer to a portion of the transcript for a given note to see exactly what was said. This is where Notes Deeplinks come in. With this new feature, every bullet in your Supernormal summary now sports a clickable timestamp. Hit it, and boom—a side panel reveals the related transcript bit. If your notes include a recording, the video will appear at the top of the panel along with the transcript below. To close the panel, just hit the X icon or the escape key.
It's quick, it's neat, and it's designed to streamline the review process, making it easier for you to revisit your notes. Notes Deeplinks are available to all users starting today.
Need to add an action item to your notes? No problem. Now you can create your own tasks right in your meeting notes.
Just click “Add a task” under the action items section of your notes and type away!
Tasks that you create can be assigned, checked off, or deleted, just like the ones Supernormal generates for you, and they’ll appear in your collective task list that’s accessible from the main menu.
